Charlie Unger is a partner at Flanagan Unger & Grover in Glendale, California; however, he handles cases all over the state.  He specializes in DUI Defense Litigation and his attack on the previously unassailable blood test has caused the L.A. County Sheriff’s Crime Lab to change the way it captures and preserves blood in blood test cases.   Charlie’s client was acquitted of murder in a nationally publicized DUI jury trial dealing with a Jehovah’s Witness accident victim who refused a blood transfusion.

Charlie received his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and J.D. degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.  For 15 years, he taught the Continuing Education of the Bar DUI Defense Class at USC and continues to lecture statewide in the DUI area.
